"What resolution does my artwork need to be?"

We recommend 300 DPI resolution for signs that will be seen from a distance, but if you don’t happen to know what resolution your artwork is, or don’t have the capability to export your artwork at that high resolution, have no fear! Our design team will look at your artwork and determine if the resolution is up to snuff, and if not, we will work with you to make sure your sign resolution will turn out crystal clear.

It’s engineered to withstand everyday wear and tear, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Despite its rugged durability, the material remains impressively lightweight, allowing for quick and easy installation—whether you're placing it in the ground with stakes or suspending it from a surface. We offer two thickness options to suit your needs: 4mm (approximately ¼") for standard applications, and 10mm (approximately ½") for added rigidity in more demanding environments.

• Optional .040 Aluminum Substrate

This 18”x24” sign also comes in .040 aluminum!

• Long-Lasting UV-Resistant Ink

To ensure your message stays clear and vibrant over time, each sign is printed using high-quality, UV-resistant inks. 1. Upload Your Artwork

Click the “Upload Artwork” button on our order page to upload your logos and other artwork. You can select files from your computer or mobile device, and we accept PDF, EPS, AI, and TIF files. If you have lower-resolution JPEG or PNG files, feel free to upload those as well. If the resolution isn’t suitable for a high-quality print, our designers will reach out to help you fix it. You can also choose your preferred colors and add any custom text in the “Sign Message” box.

2. EZ Design Tool

If you’d like to design it yourself, use our EZ Design Tool! You can create your sign from scratch, upload logos, and select colors, or choose from our wide variety of templates and adjust them to fit your branding.

Sign Care

Our signs are made to withstand the weather and last for years, but if they get dirty, here’s how to keep them looking great:

• Cleaning: Use warm soapy water and a soft sponge (avoid rough scrubbers) to wash your sign. This will clean it without causing any scratches.

• Spot Cleaning: Windex is safe for spot cleaning and won’t damage the print.

• Hose Down: Feel free to rinse your sign with a garden hose. Our corrugated plastic material won’t rust!

• Drying: You can let your sign air dry or gently wipe it with a soft towel or paper towel.

• What to Avoid: Mild soap and Windex are safe for cleaning your sign, but don’t use harsh chemicals like alcohol or bleach-based cleaners. These can cause the print to fade, weaken the vinyl backing, and damage the material over time. Avoid products like Clorox, Scrubbing Bubbles, mildew removers, Comet, Soft Scrub, and Lysol. If it’s too strong for your car, it’s too strong for your sign!

How to Install

We have a variety of different ground installation methods available for your 18”x24” sign, including:

1. Skirt Stand – (for 10mm signs only)

2. HD H Stand - (for 10mm signs only)

3. Yard Arm Post - (compatible with 10mm, 4mm, or aluminum signs)

4. Galvanized Stand – this wire metal stand is super simple and easy to install! Just use your foot to step down on the horizontal metal rung to stick it into the ground. This stand will hold your 18”x24” sign approximately 16” from the ground. (compatible with 4mm signs)

5. Wire H Stand – similar to the Galvanized stand, this wire metal stand (compatible with 4mm signs)

Remember, you can request holes (for 10mm signs) or brass-plated grommets (for 4mm signs) if you plan to hang your sign or attach it with zip ties. Alternatively, you can easily install it on a wall by drilling screws directly through the corrugated plastic.
