With the fast turnaround time and the custom designed property sign, your seller is bound to be impressed with your service. 1-800-The-Sign has many different sizes signs available and an experience team of customer service representatives to help you decided what option is the best for your property sign needs. The sizes range from the large commercial signs of 4 ft. x 8 ft. to the smaller residential signs of 18 in. x 24 in. and many sizes in between. The commercial signs we offer are 4 ft. x 4 ft. and 4 ft. x 8 ft. and are available with three style optional PVC post kits. The first and more common post kit is the Standard post kit. The Standard post kit includes two horizontal tracks that the sign slides into and two 8 ft. vertical post that can be installed either into the ground or slid over T-posts. The Arrow post kit is a similar design as the Standard kit, however will hold two single sided signs in the shape of a V using three vertical 8 ft. posts. The newest and most versatile post kit offered by 1-800-The-Sign is the Self Standing post kit. This post kit can be installed on any level surface with no digging required. This is a great option for a property sign that needs to be placed in a location that does not have any soft ground to dig holes or when you have to deal with frozen ground. The Self Standing post kit also has the ability to be converted for in ground installations. The vertical posts can also be adjusted between to a 7ft to 9 ft. height. All post kits are available with either flat caps or decorative French gothic caps. The gothic caps are only a few dollars more but add a touch of class and style that will really set your sign apart from your competitors‘ signage.

Riders are also available for the commercial signs. They are 12 in. x 43 in. and come with chains that are easily attached to existing screws in the bottom track of the PVC post kits. If you have a listing that you would like to post a large property sign but are not allowed signage as large as our commercial signs, we recommend our midsize sign 32 in. x 48 in. This sign is available with the optional three rod skirt stand. This sign system, sign with stand, is one of the more economical signs we offer and really give you the most bang for your buck! The sign had almost the same exposure as the 4 ft. x 4 ft. commercial signs but just as easily installed as the smaller residential signs. The smaller residential signs we have available are 18 in. x 24 in. and 2 ft. x 2 ft. Both sizes are available with two optional stands, the heavy duty H stand or the two rod skirt stand. Both stands are very easy to install, however the skirt stand can be installed into frozen ground or asphalt.

If you need to hang your property sign on a building, we recommend purchasing a banner. The banners we offer are made with a 13 once vinyl banner material and come seemed with ropes running through it and brass plated grommets every two feet. The banners can be made up to 4 ft. tall by any length. All the sign offered by 1-800-The-Sign can be altered to custom sizes if needed. The post kit can also be made to hold a 3ft. sign instead of the standard 4 ft. sign.
