How do I get Auction Site Signs?

1-800-The-Sign has proudly served the auction industry nationwide for over 25 years. We understand the importance of having your auction signs posted on the property within a couple days of receiving the signed contract from your seller.
All the signs we offer include free design services and can be custom designed to match the colors and style of your company! Your logo and any additional information you may need can also be included on your signs, helping to establish a consistent brand. The auction signs can be specific to your current auction date and preview information.

Our auction signs can also be easily reused for a future auction by ordering decals to change the information. Decals are very easy to install, similar to a peel and stick bumper sticker. They will be designed with the same fonts and style as the original sign, leaving your sign looking new each time.
Our experienced team members are here to assist you in deciding what size or style sign will best suit your needs. We can also help you choose the best wording or how much information you should put on the auction signs to get the best response from potential bidders.
Property photos or plat maps can also be added to the signs. This can be very helpful to potential bidders especially if the property is inset off the road or when you have a multi-parcel listing. On multi-parcel listings it is very common to include the complete plat map on the main large sign, 4 ft. x 4 ft. or 4 ft. x 8 ft., then place smaller individual property signs 2 ft. x 2 ft. on the individual lots with that lot outline only. Our design team can take your detailed plat map and recreate it so it works more effectively on the sign. We can also remove excess details that are not needed for the sign and highlight the important features, including adding color that stands out.
1-800-The-Sign offers several different style auction signs to meet all your needs. The most common in the auction industry is the 32 in. x 48in. sign with the skirt stand – our “bidder getter“. This sign and set up was originally designed specifically to meet the needs of our auction customers. It is a large sign so it gets good exposure to potential clients passing by, yet it folds to fit along with the optional three rod skirt stand in a 16 inch x 48 inch box. This makes it very easy to transport in any size car. The skirt stand only takes a minute to install and has the ability to be installed into frozen ground and asphalt. These outdoor signs also work well as lot signs when auctioning off multi-parcels.

If you have an auction that requires larger signage, we offer 4 ft. x 4 ft. signs or 4 ft. x 8 ft. signs with PVC Post Kits, available in several different styles. Our Self Standing Post Kit is designed to sit on any level surface, no digging required. This gives you the ability to post large auction signs on any property, even those where the seller does not want big holes dug or when there simply is no place to install it. Another advantage of the Self Standing Post Kit is it has the ability to be converted into a PVC Standard Post Kit and installed into the ground, making it a very versatile option. Banners are also available in a variety of sizes and come with ropes on the top and bottom and grommets every 2 ft.
It is very common for auctioneers to be working on a short deadline and our team members are here to help expedite your order in any way we can. We will email a design proof of your auction sign order for your approval or revisions within a few hours. You are then able to make unlimited revisions until the design is to your satisfaction. Once the approval is received, your order will then ship out either same day or the following business day. When placing an order for auction signs, you can do so with one of our team members over the phone at 1-800-843-7446, on our website, e-mail sales@1800thesign.com, or fax 954-989-9099.
Please feel free to contact us with any question. Our office is open from 9am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Thank you for your interest in our auction signs!
