Our Vinyl Banners are perfect for advertising your upcoming event! The standard height of our banners is 4’, but if you need a taller banner, just call us at 1-800-843-7446, and we’ll custom make any size banner you need! The print on our banners is the same UV-resistant ink we use on all our signs, so it’s guaranteed to last at least 2 years outdoors without fading! Our banners are great for all indoor and outdoor applications.

FAQ's

"Do you add wind vents to your banners?"

Yes! They don’t come automatically cut, but you can add them to your order, free of charge! Just tell us you’d like them in the comments, or contact us at 1-800-843-7446 to let us know you’d like them.

"How long will it take me to get a banner?"

Just like everything else on our site, we offer an impressive 24-hour turnaround time from the moment you approve your design proof to the moment it ships! We have 3 nationwide locations, so we ship anywhere in the continental USA in 3 days or less!

"How many feet of rope are included in the banner?"

We add rope all the way throughout the top and bottom of the banner, making it stronger and more resilient to the elements. There is approximately 5 feet of rope on either side of the banner, to make your installation as easy and convenient as possible.

Have your own logo or design? Click the “Upload Artwork” button on our order form to send us your files directly from your computer or mobile device. We accept PDF, EPS, AI, and TIF formats, and we also accept JPEG or PNG files. If the resolution is too low for high-quality printing, our design team will reach out to help. You can also select your banner colors and enter your message in the “Banner Message” box on the same page.

2. Use the EZ Design Tool

Want to create your banner yourself? Our EZ Design Tool is user-friendly and lets you start from scratch or customize one of our professionally designed templates. Add your logo, adjust colors, and input your message to match your brand perfectly.

Sign Care

Our banners are built to handle the elements and regular use—but dirt, weather, and spills can still happen. Here’s how to clean your banner safely and keep it looking its best:

• Basic Cleaning: Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge—similar to washing a car. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that could scratch or damage the surface.

• Spot Cleaning: For smaller spots or smudges, Windex works great and won’t harm the print.

• Hose Rinse: Need a quick rinse? A garden hose does the trick. Our banners are made from durable materials that won’t rust.

• Drying: Let your banner air dry, or gently pat it dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.

What to Avoid: Mild soap and Windex are banner-safe. However, stay away from harsh cleaners like alcohol or bleach-based products, as these can fade or remove printed graphics, weaken adhesive or vinyl layers, and degrade the banner material over time.

Do not use: Clorox, Scrubbing Bubbles, mildew removers, Comet, Soft Scrub, or Lysol.

Pro tip: If it’s not safe for your car’s paint, it’s not safe for your banner.

How to Install

To put up your new banner, you can:

1. Simply drill screws into the grommets every 2 feet along the banner!

2. Use the ropes provided to tie the banner up!
