The signs are made on a 10 mm, approximately ½” thick, corrugated plastic signboard. This rigid signboard is an inexpensive replacement to the traditional heavy wood outdoor signs. This signboard has an outdoor life of 2 years or more because it is printed with ultraviolet resistant inks. This allows us to provide quality signs.
The large signs we offer are a great fit for outdoor church signs and get your message across in a big way. The standard sizes of 4 ft x 4 ft and 4 ft x 8 ft make these signs great to display your information outdoors! They'll be sure to turn heads, especially when placed in one of our PVC Post Kits.
Our Post Kits, designed specifically for our 10mm corrugated plastic signs, come in three styles allowing for installation in any situation, and are customizable to signs 3 ft or 4 ft high and up to an 8 ft maximum length. The PVC Standard Post Kit will hold one single or double sided sign, the Arrow Post Kit can hold two single sided signs in a V shape, and the Self Standing Post Kit will allow for free standing installation for one single or double sided sign.
When placing your church signs in an area suitable for ground installation, the Standard or Arrow Post Kits would be the best fit. The included 8 ft vertical posts can be installed directly in the ground or over T-posts, a simple metal post available at most local home improvement stores. If ground installation isn't an option for you, the Self Standing Post Kit would be your go-to - the wide base allows the sign to stand on any flat surface. All Post Kits come complete with the posts, horizontal tracks that hold the sign stable in the posts, a set of flat caps and all the screws needed for installation.
A slightly smaller sign that requires simpler installation is our 32 in x 48 in sign! It folds up quickly and is compatible with our 16 in x 12 in “skirt” stand, and three metal rods that allow for installation into hard or frozen ground with no digging required.
Looking for an even smaller sign? Check out our 18 in x 24 in or a 2 ft x 2 ft signs! These signs are compatible with our “skirt” stand as well, or metal H shaped frame for quick and easy installation! Our “skirt” stand compatible with these size signs is 6 in x 24 in and comes with two metal rods to hold the sign a full 2 ft off the ground for easy visibility. On our 4 mm signs we have the ability to add grommets to the corners of your signs, helpful if you would like to hang your sign.
When attempting to design your signs please remember that our design team is here to assist you with color choices, graphics, company logos, or even a picture or rendering. We will work with you through the proofing process, making as many changes or revisions as needed until you are satisfied.
Once your approval for the design and sales order is received, your order will go into production, with 87% of all approvals received before 2pm Eastern Standard Time being produced and shipped that same day!
