Post Kit Maintenance
To keep your Arrow Post Kit looking its best:
• Routine Cleaning – Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers.
• Spot Cleaning – Windex or Lysol spray is safe for cleaning tougher spots.
• Rinsing – Hose it down as needed. The PVC won't rust.
• Drying – Let it air dry or wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel.
Installation
Follow these steps for a smooth installation:
1. Attach Tracks to Sign Faces: Slide horizontal tracks onto both signs, aligning with the edges. Secure with small screws in the pre-drilled holes.
2. Install Starter Arrows: On one sign face, place two starter arrows on each edge—about 16” apart and centered.
3. Set Up Center Post: Lay the larger vertical post on the ground with the routed side facing up—this will serve as the center post.
4. Insert Sign into Center Post: Lift the sign and carefully slide it into the routed groove on the center post until it hits the stopper. A slight angle may help.
5. Secure Sign to Post: Use large screws to fasten the sign and tracks to the post using the pre-drilled holes.
6. Connect to Side Post: Lift the assembly and insert the other side of the sign into a smaller vertical post, using the same method.
7. Add Second Sign: Insert the second sign into the routed slot of the center post, making sure it faces away from the other sign. Secure with large screws.
8. Fasten Rear Screws: Install large screws into the pre-drilled holes on the back side of the center post for added stability.
9. Install in Ground: Dig three holes approximately 18–24" deep using the sign as a spacing guide. Place the assembled kit into the holes, ensure it's level, then fill and compact the soil tightly.
