A: 10mm corrugated plastic. 10mm is approximately ½” thick, and corrugated plastic, or Correx, is a type of fluted plastic substrate that’s sturdy and durable, while still being lightweight enough to easily install into the ground or hang up!

A: The print on our signs is guaranteed to last at least 2 years outdoors in direct sunlight, the corrugated plastic is made to last even longer.

1. Upload Your Artwork:
Just click the “Upload Artwork” button on our order page to upload your logos and any other files. Choose your files from your computer or mobile device—PDF, EPS, AI, and TIF formats are all accepted. Low-res JPEG or PNG files are also okay to upload. If the resolution isn’t high enough to ensure a clean print, our designers will contact you to help get it right. You’ll also be able to pick your colors and add any text you want in the “Sign Message” box on the same page.
2. Use Our EZ Design Tool:

Sign Care
Our signs are built to stand up to the elements and last for years, but life can throw some dirt your way! Whether it’s bird droppings, dog marks, or mud splashes, here’s how to clean your sign and keep it looking fresh while preserving its quality:
• Cleaning: Wash your sign with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge (not a scrub brush). This will prevent scratches while getting your sign clean.
• Spot Cleaning: Windex works great for spot cleaning, and it won’t damage the print.
• Hose It Down: You can rinse your sign with your garden hose! Our sign is made of durable corrugated plastic, so it's rust-resistant.
• Drying: You can either let it air dry in the sun or gently wipe it with a soft towel or paper towel.
What NOT to Use:
Stick to mild soap and Windex for cleaning. Avoid using harsh chemicals like alcohol or bleach-based cleaners, which can fade the print, damage the vinyl backing, and degrade the sign material over time. Stay clear of products like Clorox, Scrubbing Bubbles, mildew remover, Comet, Soft Scrub, and Lysol. If it's too harsh for your car, it’s too harsh for your sign!
How to Install
We have 2 different ground installation methods available for your 32”x48” sign in 10mm corrugated plastic thickness:
1. Metal Post Kit
Our Metal Post Kit can be installed without any tools at all! This Post Kit comes with a set of four metal poles, two of which are installed into the ground using our installation tool (included), and two of which are installed between the sign faces through the use of our patented Post Pocket technology. You can easily install the whole thing in 5 minutes.
2. Skirt Stand
Includes three 5/16"x 48" steel rods with decorative "skirt" cover 16"x12". Bottom of sign stands 16" above the ground. Installs easily in hard or frozen ground! The strongest stands available in the industry, $7.98 each + Post pounder, $4.50 each (one tool needed per unlimited stands).
Need more mounting options?
You can request holes (for 10mm signs) or brass-plated grommets (for 4mm signs) to make hanging your sign or securing it with zip ties easy. For a more permanent solution, simply drill through the corrugated plastic to mount it directly to a wall using screws.
