A podium, also known as a lectern or pulpit, is a great way to make an announcement and get it across in a professional way. The problem with regular wooden or metal podiums, however, is that their heavy weight, burdensome size, and oftentimes expensive price point make it difficult to get your hands on.
That’s where our EZ Podium comes in! Our EZ Podium is fabricated with 1/2" thick plastic material. It is 48" tall, 22" wide, and 14" in depth. Assembly takes less than a minute, and no tools are required. The top can be set as a lectern (15 degree angle) or flat (90 degrees) as a hostess stand, projector stand, laptop stand or computer stand!
The best part? It’s foldable! Our EZ podium can be folded flat after each use for portability and storage! Fold it up, put it back in the box it came in, and feel free to pull it back out and reassemble it whenever you need to make a statement.

Already have a logo or design? Just click the “Upload Artwork” button on our order form to upload your files directly from your computer or mobile device. We accept PDF, EPS, AI, and TIF formats. You can also upload JPEG or PNG files—even if they’re lower resolution. If our design team finds that your file isn’t sharp enough for a clear print, they’ll reach out to help enhance it. Sign Care
Our podium panels are built tough to withstand outdoor conditions and heavy use—but dirt, weather, and the occasional splash can happen. Here's how to clean your podium panel safely and keep it looking sharp:
• Basic Cleaning: Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge—just like washing a car. Avoid using rough scrubbers that might scratch the surface.
• Spot Cleaning: For smaller messes, Windex works well and won’t damage the print.
• Hose Rinse: Need a quick rinse? Use your garden hose—no worries if it’s well water. Our panels are made of corrugated plastic, so they won’t rust.
• Drying: Let your panel air dry or gently pat it dry with a soft cloth or paper towel.
While mild soap and Windex are podium-safe, steer clear of harsh chemicals like alcohol and bleach-based products. These can fade or erase the printed design, damage the adhesive and vinyl layers, or break down the plastic material over time.
Do not use: Clorox, Scrubbing Bubbles, mildew removers, Comet, Soft Scrub, or Lysol. Pro tip: If it’s not safe for your car’s paint, don’t use it on your podium!
How to Install
Putting your podium together is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
1. Pull your podium out of the box, cut the plastic stretch wrap off, remove the shelf panels, and unfold your podium.
2. Slide your shelf panels into the corresponding notches provided in the podium.
3. Add your pencil holders to the edge of your shelves using the hook and loop fasteners attached.
