Our Vinyl Banners are perfect for advertising your upcoming event! The standard height of our banners is 4’, but if you need a taller banner, just call us at 1-800-843-7446, and we’ll custom make any size banner you need! The print on our banners is the same UV-resistant ink we use on all our signs, so it’s guaranteed to last at least 2 years outdoors without fading! Our banners are great for all indoor and outdoor applications.

How fast we ship, carriers, and transit time.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method. FedEx Priority Overnight and 2 Day Air are available upon request.

How long will it take to reach me after it ships?

Typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Orders ship from Florida, Ohio, and California.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination—contact us for an exact quote. Starts from $20.

How to order, proofs, and production timing.

How does the order process work?

After you submit an order (online, phone, fax, or email), we send a proof within a few hours. You can request changes until approved. After approval, production begins.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We email a proof for review, and you can request unlimited changes until it’s exactly right.

What is the lead time after approval?

Orders approved before 3 PM EST go on that day’s production schedule. Orders approved after 3 PM typically ship the next business day. Large orders may take up to two business days to ship.

Do you offer discounts for ordering multiple banners?

No. Our banners are priced by square footage. As banner size increases, the cost per square foot typically decreases—so larger banners offer better overall value.

What sizes are available for banners?

Banners can be produced in nearly any size with a standard maximum height of 4 feet. Custom sizes are available—contact us if you need a taller banner or a special layout.

What can I put on a banner?

Anything you need—logos, text, photos, maps, graphics, and event information. Custom layout and design are included with every banner.

Is there a setup or design fee?

No. Professional layout and design are included in the banner price.

Is there a safe area for banner artwork?

Yes. We recommend keeping important text and logos away from the edges to prevent interference from grommets, rope, or mounting hardware.

Can my banner design extend to the edges?

Yes. Background colors and full-bleed graphics may extend to the edges, but key information such as phone numbers, URLs, and logos should remain clear of grommet and rope areas.

Can photos or maps be printed on banners?

Yes. Photos, maps, and custom graphics can be printed directly on the banner using UV-resistant inks designed for outdoor durability.

Can I update information on a banner later?

Banners are printed as a single piece, so information changes typically require a new banner. For frequently changing details, we recommend keeping dates or contact info simple.

What file formats do you accept for banner artwork?

We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, TIF, or AI files.

What resolution should my banner artwork be?

High-resolution artwork is recommended for best results. If your files need improvement, our design team will review them and help optimize the layout before printing.

What are your banners made of?

Our banners are made from 13 oz heavy-duty vinyl and printed with the same UV-resistant ink we use on our signs—guaranteed to last at least 2 years outdoors without fading. They work great for both indoor and outdoor use.

Do you add wind vents to your banners?

Yes. Wind vents are available free of charge. They are not added automatically—just request wind vents in your order comments or call 1-800-843-7446.

Do banners include grommets?

Yes. We install brass-plated grommets every 2 feet to support easy, secure hanging.

How much rope is included with the banner?

Rope is threaded through the top and bottom of the banner for added strength and wind resistance. You’ll also receive approximately 5 feet of rope on each side for convenient installation.

How do I install my banner?

Banner installation is quick and easy. You can mount the banner by driving screws through the brass grommets spaced every 2 feet, or use the included ropes to tie the banner to fences, posts, or other structures.
