Shipping & Delivery

How fast we ship and transit times.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

FedEx Ground is our standard shipping method. FedEx Priority Overnight and 2 Day Air are available upon request.

How long will it take to reach me?

Typically 1–3 business days. Orders ship from Florida, Ohio, and California.

Do PVC kits take longer to ship?

Yes, custom-size PVC post kits are shipped exclusively from our Florida facility, which may increase transit time for Western destinations.

Ordering & Proofs

How to order, proofs, and production timing.

How does the order process work?

After you submit an order (online, phone, fax, or email), we send a proof within a few hours. You can request changes until approved. After approval, production begins.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. We email a proof for review, and you can request unlimited changes until it’s exactly right.

What is the lead time after approval?

Orders approved before 3 PM EST go on that day’s production schedule. Orders approved after 3 PM typically ship the next business day. Large orders may take up to two business days to ship.

Are there discounts for multiple signs?

Yes. Discounts can start as low as quantity 2 and vary by sign size. Discounts apply to identical signs.

What are the standard and custom sign sizes you offer?

We offer a wide range of standard sign sizes as well as custom sizes upon request.

Large outdoor sign sizes:
4′ × 8′ and 4′ × 4′

Smaller sign sizes:
32″ × 48″, 2′ × 4′, 2′ × 2′, 32″ × 24″, and 18″ × 24″

Rider sign sizes:
6″ × 24″ and 12″ × 43″

If you need a size not listed above, we’re happy to help. Custom sign sizes are available—just let us know the dimensions you’d like when placing your order.

What can I put on the sign?

Anything you like. Your company logo, layout, and design work are included. Photos, maps, and renderings can be added for an additional charge.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Layout and design are included in the price of the sign.

Why is there a "safe area" for artwork on my sign?

This ensures that critical information remains visible if the outer edges of the sign are covered during installation.

The extra area outside the safe zone provides flexibility for different mounting methods, including customer-supplied frames or hardware, while protecting key design elements from being hidden.

What is the recommended safe area for my artwork?

For custom size signs, we recommend keeping all important logos, text, and critical design elements at least 1 inch inside from all edges of the sign.

This creates a “safe area” that helps ensure key information remains fully visible after installation or mounting. Background colors and non-critical graphics may extend to the edge of the sign if desired.

Can my design extend beyond the safe area?

Yes — background colors, patterns, or full-bleed graphics can extend beyond the safe area. However, logos, text, phone numbers, URLs, and key messaging should stay inside the safe area to avoid being hidden.

What happens if my artwork doesn‘t follow these guidelines?

No worries! Our design team reviews all submitted artwork. If anything important falls outside the recommended safe area, we’ll contact you and help adjust the layout so your sign looks great once installed.

Can pictures be printed on the sign?

Yes. For signs sized 32"×48" and smaller, images and map renderings are included at no additional charge.

Can I change information on a sign I already received?

Yes. We offer matching decals for general updates like phone numbers or auction date/time. Large decals covering several square feet can be difficult to apply and are not recommended.

What file formats do you accept for custom signs?

We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, TIF, or AI files.

What resolution does my artwork need to be?

We recommend 300 DPI for signs viewed from a distance. If you are not sure about your files resolution, our design team will review it and let you know if anything needs improvement—then help you make it print-sharp.

How do custom size signs get installed?

We offer a wide range of installation options to support everything from small rider signs to large outdoor displays. The best installation method depends on your sign size, material, and where it will be used.

What installation options do you offer for standard and large signs?

Our signature installation systems are PVC Post Kits paired with large outdoor signs.

PVC Post Kits – Designed for large outdoor signs, most commonly 4′ × 4′ and 4′ × 8′.

Metal Post Kits – Available for 4′ × 4′, 3′ × 4′, and 2′ × 4′ signs.

Yard Arm Posts – Ideal for smaller hanging signs typically 18″–24″ wide.

How are smaller or custom size signs supported?

For smaller or specialty sign sizes, we offer several mounting and display solutions:

Skirt Stands – Available in 16″ × 12″ and 24″ × 6″ sizes for compact signs.

Rider Mounting Options – Including chains, top holders, and other rider hardware, depending on the application.

What if my sign size is custom or not listed?

If you are ordering a custom size sign, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before ordering. We’ll help you select the best installation and display option to ensure your sign looks professional and installs correctly.

Do you provide holes or grommets for mounting?

Yes. Mounting options depend on the material you select:

10 mm signs – Supplied with drilled holes for direct mounting.

4 mm signs – Available with brass-plated grommets for hanging or chain-mounted applications.

Our team will help determine the correct mounting method based on your sign size and installation needs.
