- Yes! Our Post Kits and signs are sold separately.
"Do your Post Kits fall under the same 24-hour turnaround guarantee that your signs do?"
- Yes! Both our signs and Post Kits ship out within 24 hours of your approval of the design proof you receive via email.
"What sign material is compatible with the Post Kits?"
- The only material compatible with our Post Kits is 10mm corrugated plastic.
"What size signs work with your Post Kits?"
- The standard sizes that our PVC Post Kits are made to hold are 4’x4’ and 4’x8’. We also offer custom size PVC Post Kits, however! Call us at 1-800-843-7446 or email us at mail@1800thesign.com to learn more!
"I have a sign already. Can I use your Post Kit to install it?"
- Yes, of course! As long as your sign is made out of 10mm corrugated plastic, you’ll be able to use our PVC Post Kits.
- If you’re looking to use our Metal Post Kit, your sign must include our patented Post Pockets, which are only available on signs purchased from 1-800-The-Sign.
- If you're looking to use our Yard Arm Post with a sign you have already, make sure the holes on your sign are 14 1/2" apart on center, otherwise the hole placement will be incompatible to hang from our Yard Arm Post.
Standard PVC Post Kit
• Installation Method:
meant for in-ground installation. Recommended to use a shovel or post hole digger to dig holes approx. 24” deep to bury the posts.
• What’s Included:
Consists of two 8’ PVC plastic posts, and two reinforcing PVC plastic tracks of varying size to reinforce the top and bottom of the sign, and screws.
• Sign Panel Compatibility:
made to hold either 4’x4’ or 4’x8’ 10mm corrugated plastic sign panels.
• Tools needed:
Post hole digger (or shovel) and screwdriver.

Self Standing Post Kit
• Installation Method:
Free Standing – made to sit on top of the ground.
• What’s Included:
two 6’ PVC plastic vertical posts, two horizontal support tracks of varying size depending on the size of the sign panel, two angle supports, screws, bottom base and stabilizer support beam.
• Sign Panel Compatibility:
works with 10mm corrugated plastic 4’x4’ and 4’x8’ signs.
• Tools needed:
shovel (for sandbags), and screwdriver.

Arrow Post Kit
• Installation Method:
In-ground installation required.
• What’s Included:
Three 8’ vertical posts and flat cap toppers, 4 horizontal support tracks, and screws.
• Sign Panel Compatibility:
10mm corrugated plastic 4’x4’ and 4’x8’ size signs are compatible with this Post Kit.
• Tools needed:
Post hole digger (or shovel) and screwdriver.

Yard Arm Post
• Installation Method:
in-ground installation needed.
• What’s Included:
set of vertical PVC Posts with gothic cap topper, cross arm with two flat cap toppers, internal stabilizing skeleton, Installation Guide, sign clips.
• Sign Panel Compatibility:
18”x24”, 32”x24”, and 2’x2’ signs in any material. (Please note: if using your own sign, holes must be drilled 14 ½” apart on center to be compatible with the Yard Arm Post.)

Metal Post Kit
• Installation Method:
Made for in-ground installation.
